Exchanging / Returning
The item MUST be in original condition and packaging. We will honour our obligations to provide a remedy to a faulty product under the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair-Trading Act.
Processing Exchanges / Refunds
We try and process returns as quickly as possible.
If you're exchanging, we will send your new item out, and email you a new tracking number within 1-2 business days once we have received the returned item.
If you're refunding, we will refund you through the same method you used to pay within 5 working days. If you have paid via a debit card, please ensure you send us your bank account number as soon as possible.
We are super speedy and do our best to send our orders out as soon as possible. If you wish to cancel your order, please call 09 5700 560 as soon as possible.
Otherwise, our returns policy will apply if your order has already been shipped.
If you happen to receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible within 3 days with any relevant details and pictures if applicable.
We will arrange to provide a repair or replacement as quickly as possible.
