Returns and Exchanges
The item must be in original condition and packaging. We will honor our obligations to provide a remedy to a faulty product under the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair-Trading Act.
Processing Exchanges / Refunds
We try and process returns as quickly as possible. If you are exchanging your order, we will send your new item within 1-2 business days once we have received the returned item. If you are refunding your order, we will refund you to your nominated bank account number. We will contact you and ask you to provide this information so we can process the refund within 5 working days.
Our team process orders as soon as they come through and do their best to send our orders out as soon as possible. If you wish to cancel your order, please call 09 5700 560 as soon as possible. Otherwise, our returns policy will apply if your order has already been shipped.
If you happen to receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible within 3 days with any relevant details and pictures if applicable. We will arrange to provide a repair or replacement as quickly as possible.
